Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Please take note that the Annual General Meeting of the Sunbury Cricket Club will be held on Thursday, 14th May, 2015 commencing at 7.30 pm at Sunbury Bowling Club, Riddell Rd. Sunbury.

The election of the Committee of Management for season 2015/16 will take place.

Positions:

(a)      President;

(b)      Secretary & Public Officer;

(c)      Treasurer;

(d)      Senior Vice-President;

(e)     Junior Vice President;

(f)      Ordinary committee members;

The number of Ordinary members will be determined on the night.

All nominations are required to be handed in person to the President,  Secretary or sunburycc.vic@gmail.com  by no later than the close of business Wednesday, 13th May, 2013.

All members are urged to attend the meeting to ensure a successful beginning to the 2015/16 season.
