Get Active Kids Voucher program

Cricket Victoria is excited to inform you that the Get Active Kids Voucher program will again be offered to eligible participants for the upcoming cricket season. The attached process guide will explain how participants (between the age of 0-18) can utilise the voucher program to receive up to $200 off their cricket registration. We are still awaiting confirmation on when the next voucher round will open for participants to utilise, but please be assured that any registration fees paid prior to the round opening can be reimbursed to eligible participants, as per process 1 in the attached guide.

Villawood’s Foundation Ambassador, Jacqui Felgate, along with Villawood’s Executive Director, Tony Johnson, will showcase Sunbury’s Community Grant recipients highlighting the fantastic work these groups provide to the local community. 

The Villawood Foundation is the philanthropy arm of Villawood Properties. Last year, it delivered more than $3.4 million to community groups and causes.

PROMOTION TO VTCA DIVISION 2  FOR SEASON 2023/24

 
We are thrilled to announce that Sunbury Cricket Clubs Senior Men Divisions have been promoted into VTCA McNamara Shield 2nd Division for season 2023/24.
 
Together with other clubs, we were approached by the VTCA Board to submit an application and after careful consideration, we received a confirmation call tonight that we were successful.
 
This achievement is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our club and its members. The promotion will bring many benefits to our club, including increased exposure, better competition, and potential for growth.
 
We are excited about the opportunity to play at a higher level and provide more opportunities for local cricketers to showcase their skills.
 
We look forward to the upcoming season and the challenges that lie ahead.

SUNBURY ROAR UNDER 18’s VTCA TURF
SEEKING PLAYERS FOR SEASON 2023/24
 
The Sunbury Cricket Club is currently searching for players to join their VTCA Under 18s team for the upcoming 2023/24 season. The division provides an excellent opportunity to play on turf against other metropolitan clubs, with the home ground situated at Clarke Oval Sunbury.
 
After experiencing success last season, the club is looking to enter two teams in this year’s competition. Since all games take place on Sundays, players only need a game permit to take part, allowing them to compete with their home clubs on Saturdays.
