Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025/26
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Sunbury Cricket Club Inc. will be held on Wednesday 30th April 2025 commencing at 7.30 pm at Sunbury Social Club.
Only current full financial members deemed by the Treasurer’s subscription statement and as described in the Rules of Association and the By-laws of the Sunbury Cricket Club Inc. are eligible to attend and/or nominate for the Executive Committee.
The club Secretary is to receive a member’s notice of intention to attend the meeting at least 3 days before assisting in facilitating the meeting.

All members are urged to attend the meeting to ensure a successful beginning to the 2025/26 season.

- Other business – only items of other business that have been given the appropriate notice are to be addressed on the night
To allow time for adding to the agenda all proposed changes to the SCC By-Laws are to be received before close of business on Monday 28th April 2025 by email to the SCC Secretary, sunburycc.vic@gmail.com.

Nominations for the Executive Committee can be made on the form below and are to be received before the close of business on Monday 28th April 2025 by hand or by email to the SCC Secretary, sunburycc.vic@gmail.com or by hand to the SCC President.
